By confirming a booking, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking and Deposit

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three months before the tour start date.
  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

2. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Inclusions: The tour package includes accommodation, meals as specified in the itinerary, motorcycle rental, fuel, guides, and any other services explicitly mentioned in the tour description.
  • Exclusions: The tour package does not include personal expenses, visa fees, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, optional activities, or any services not specified in the itinerary.

3. Motorcycle Usage

  • Participants must hold a valid motorcycle license in their country and meet any local licensing requirements.
  • Participants are responsible for any damages to the motorcycle during the tour and will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

4. Behavior and Conduct

  • Participants must behave responsibly, follow the guide’s instructions, and respect local customs and laws.
  • The company reserves the right to remove a participant from the tour without refund if their behavior endangers others or disrupts the experience.

5. Passport and Visa Requirements

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and necessary visas for travel.

6. Pre-Tour Requirements

  • Participants must complete any mandatory preparations, such as obtaining vaccinations, packing specific gear, or attending pre-tour briefings, as advised by the company.

7. Cancellation and Amendments by the Participant

  • Cancellations made more than three months before the tour start date will forfeit the deposit only.
  • Cancellations made within three months of the tour start date will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.
  • Changes to the booking, such as rebooking or transferring to another person, may be allowed subject to availability and administrative fees.

8. Cancellation and Amendments by the Company

  • In the unlikely event that the company cancels the tour, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
  • If significant itinerary changes are required, participants will be offered a choice between accepting the changes or receiving a refund.
  • The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or change accommodation if required. Such changes are generally made to improve the overall experience for participants.

9. Equipment and Gear

  • Participants must bring their own riding gear, including helmets, jackets, and gloves, unless otherwise specified.
  • The company may provide certain gear, subject to availability and prior agreement.

10. Force Majeure

  • The company is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
  • In such cases, the company will offer rescheduling or refunds at its discretion.

11. Media and Photography

  • The company may take photos or videos during the tour for marketing purposes.
  • By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify the company in writing before the tour begins.

12. Acknowledgment of Risk and Liability Waiver

  • Participants acknowledge that motorcycle touring involves inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
  • The company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses during the tour.
  • Participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour starts.

13. Data Protection

  • The company will store and use participant data in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the tour services.

14. Refund Policy for No-Show or Early Termination

  • No refunds will be offered for participants who fail to show up or leave the tour early for personal reasons.

15. Emergency Procedures

  • The company has established emergency protocols for accidents, medical issues, and other incidents.
  • Participants must provide emergency contact information and disclose any medical conditions before the tour.

16. Discounts and Promotions

  • Discounts and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including restrictions and expiration dates.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
